01  प्रश्न: रानिया जी, आपने अपनी पुस्तक का नाम The Gita for Gen Z रखा। आज की युवा पीढ़ी तक भगवद्गीता का संदेश पहुँचाने की प्रेरणा आपको कहाँ से मिली?

उत्तर: बचपन से गीता पढ़ने और स्वयं Gen Z का हिस्सा होने के कारण मैं इसके ज्ञान को आज की चुनौतियों से जोड़ पाती हूँ। मैं चाहती थी कि युवा इसे सरल, दोस्ताना भाषा में समझें और तनाव, ओवरथिंकिंग तथा रिश्तों जैसे विषयों पर मार्गदर्शन खोज सकें। श्रीकृष्ण की कृपा से यह पुस्तक उसी सोच के साथ लिखी गई है।

Question: Rania, you titled your book The Gita for Gen Z. What inspired you to bring the message of the Bhagavad Gita to young readers?

Answer: Having read the Gita since childhood and being part of Gen Z, I can connect its wisdom with contemporary challenges. I wanted young readers to encounter it in simple, friendly language and explore guidance on stress, overthinking and relationships. By Lord Krishna’s grace, this book grew from that intention.
