1. Scope

These Terms apply to magazines, newspapers, e-papers, digital editions, subscriptions, advertisements, and contributions published or accepted by MBAnewsz Media Limited (“the Company”). Specific written agreements and applicable law take precedence where relevant.

2. Editorial Content

We make reasonable efforts to verify information before publication. News and developments may change after the publication deadline, and errors may occasionally occur. Corrections or clarifications will be issued where appropriate.

Opinions expressed in signed articles, interviews, letters, and guest contributions belong to their respective authors and do not necessarily reflect the Company’s editorial position.

3. Copyright and Reproduction

Original articles, photographs, illustrations, layouts, and other protected material belong to the Company or their respective rights holders.

Reproduction, translation, republication, distribution, or commercial use requires prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law. Credit alone does not replace permission where permission is required.

4. Articles, Photographs and Reader Contributions

Contributors must ensure that submitted material is original or properly authorised, factually supported, and respectful of third-party rights, including privacy and copyright.

Submission does not guarantee publication or payment. Publication rights, fees, confidentiality, and any exclusivity should be agreed in writing. Contributors retain ownership unless otherwise agreed.

The editorial team may edit accepted material for clarity, length, accuracy, and style without materially misrepresenting its meaning.

5. Advertisements and Sponsored Features

Advertisers must provide accurate, lawful content and obtain all necessary permissions for text, images, trademarks, endorsements, and claims.

Advertisements and sponsored features must be distinguishable from independent editorial content. Payment for advertising does not guarantee favourable news coverage.

The Company may refuse or request changes to an advertisement. Booking, placement, artwork deadlines, payment, cancellation, and refund terms will be stated in the relevant quotation or booking agreement. An advertisement does not, by itself, constitute an editorial endorsement.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

Prices, subscription periods, publication frequency, delivery charges, and applicable taxes will be disclosed before purchase.

Delivery schedules depend on the stated service and delivery location. Subscribers should provide accurate contact and address details and promptly report delivery problems.

Cancellation, renewal, replacement, and refund conditions will be disclosed at purchase. These conditions do not restrict rights available under applicable consumer law.

7. Digital Editions

Unless a separate licence permits otherwise, purchased digital editions are for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorised resale, bulk distribution, or sharing of restricted access credentials is prohibited.

8. Illustrations and Representative Images

Photographs, stock images, illustrations, and AI-generated visuals used for representation should be identified where necessary to avoid misleading readers. Such visuals should not be presented as documentary evidence of an actual event.

9. General Information

Articles relating to finance, taxation, law, health, or other specialist subjects provide general information. Readers should obtain advice suited to their circumstances before making decisions requiring professional guidance.

10. Corrections, Complaints and Right of Reply

Readers and affected persons may request a correction, clarification, or opportunity to respond by emailing info@mbanewsz.com.

Please include the publication title, issue date, page number or digital link, details of the concern, and supporting information. Requests will be reviewed fairly, and appropriate action will be taken.

11. Privacy

Personal information provided for subscriptions, enquiries, advertisements, or contributions will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Changes to Terms

Revised Terms will apply prospectively from their stated effective date. Changes will not retrospectively alter an accepted advertisement booking, purchase, or subscription except as agreed or permitted by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable statutory rights and jurisdiction requirements, disputes may be brought before competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
